    the quick and dirty way?

    changing master eth0 ip serverwide:

    via ssh

edit ips in following files in /etc:

    hosts
    ips
    nameserverips
    wwwacct.conf
    resolv.conf

rebond the new ip to eth0 by editing
    /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0

    --------------------------------------
    restart the network:
    /etc/rc.d/init.d/network restart

    if on new subnet edit:
    /etc/sysconfig/network

    reboot server

change all site ips in cpanel or edit manually in usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf

change all nameserver ns1 and ns2 plus host name dns settings in cpanel under edit dns including your hostname A record

change ips of nameservers at the registrar

adjust TTL if desired and you are done...
