    Hello,

I have just transfer all my account from old server to the new server. After the change, I realised that all the account, inclusive of reseller account, has been pointing to my Main shared IP.

I change the site IP from WHM, and those sites doesn't work any longer.

Besides, I realised that after transfering to the respective reseller Shared IP address, in the IP usage, it appears [ftp:ftp.domain1.com, ftp.domain2.com]. This seems to only apply to account on change of Site IP.

Anyone could advice me on this matter?

Presuming you've now assigned Nameservers for your Reseller(s), you will need to have them go to their Registrar and input the new Nameserver IPS, then wait for propagation.

    Run the Domains thru: http://www.dnsreport.com/
That should give you some idea as to where the problem(s) are.

    Hi Rob,

I have run the dnsreport.com, the main domain of the server seems no problem.

But the reseller account seems to have problem in NS:

    Nameserver name validity: FAILED

ERROR: One or more of the NS records that your nameservers report are invalid:
66.246.52.xxx. is not a valid host name (it must be a host name, not an IP address)
66.246.52.xxx. is not a valid host name (it must be a host name, not an IP address)

    Missing nameservers 2: FAILED

ERROR: One or more of the nameservers listed at the root servers are not listed as NS records at your nameservers. The problem NS records are:
    ns1.domain.com.
    ns2.domain.com.

Could you advice me? Or could I PM you for the domain name?

If you'd like to PM the details I can have a look. Not sure what I can do specifically, but may be able to point you in the right direction.
