    Hi all,

The latest version of cpanel (probably earlier versions as well) has the option to automatically send an email to the customer when they exceed 70%, or 75%, or 80% (and so on) of their bandwidth.

This is a good feature, but... I would like to edit the warning / message it sends to the customer.

    Currently it sends the following:
    -------------------------------------------------------
subject: The domain yourcustomersdomain.com (customer-userID) is about to exceed their bandwidth limit (8426.32/10000.00 Megs)
    message:

yourcustomersdomain.com (customer-userID) has reached 80% of their bandwidth limit (8426.32/10000.00 Megs).

!! Do not respond to this message. Your reply will go nowhere. !!
    -------------------------------------------------------

I would like to add to this message for instance what steps the user can take to upgrade etc, but can't find the mail template anyways.

Can anyone advice where I can find it?

    Many thanks!!

The templates are in /usr/local/cpanel/src/templates, but don't modify those. Copy them to /var/cpanel/templates as templates in the latter location will not be over-written by a cPanel update like those in /usr/local/cpanel will be.
