How do you change the default message that shows up when someone tries to log into an account that does not have SSH access?

    Go on, have a guess
It's part of the shell binary, so you'd have to change the shell used on the accounts in /etc/passwd from the cPanel one (/usr/local/cpanel/bin/noshell) to something else that allows you to change the message.
