Changing the reseller controlling an account

Whenever I update an account to change the reseller it will not appear in the resellers accounts, even though when logged in as root it shows under that reseller id.

I found one thread dealing with this problem but no solution was given.

Whenever I do an update of cpanel it seems to fix the listing in the reseller's accounts, however I don't really want to have to do this every time.

Does anyone know the cause and/or a solution for this problem?

It seems to update at night when all of upcp runs. Howvwer, I found you can force an update by creating a new account. That forces the update. The next time you need to update delete the account. And so on.

If someone knows exactly what update does it... Not apache, not bind...
