    hello all,
Does someone know how i oculd change the uid's for each cPanel account or else specify the UID Range cPanel should use for creating accounts?

I need this because i dont wish to clash with my other panel webmin since my box wil be using irc on it as well.

    Thanks

You can set the Minimum UID in WHM > Basic Setup, and that's about as much you can do with cPanel.

As for changing the account permissions, you'll have to construct a find command that trawls the disks and resets file ownerships - one for user and one for group, since not all user files are user:user.
