Hi,
We upgraded a server from cPanel 10 to cPanel 11 R-16150 last night and it seems that in Horde all letters that are non-ascii are scrambled. Does it have to do with a horde configuration or locale of root or anything?
Not sure where to start looking
Any ideas?

I got some more information - the customer that's complaining has been using Formmail clone from cpanel and all the old forms that had non-ascii are scrambled. Even though he could read them before upgrade.
I tried sending from thunderbird with ISO-8859-1 and UTF-8 and was able to see them in horde in IE6, IE7 and Firefox 2.006 as they should be. Weird - gonna try using formmail clone now.

Yep, got the same problem with non-ascii when using formmail clone. It seems that the webmails horde/squirrelmail aren't able to read those mails.
