    upon following the instructions:
    http://www.unixtutorial.org/2009/12/...red-hat-linux/

    my system:
    cPanel 11.25.0-C42404 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9
    REDHAT Enterprise 4 i686 standard on ns1

    problem with this command:

    [root@ns1 ~:] #chkconfig ip6tables off
    error reading information on service ip6tables: No such file or director

    only thing i have is in this file:
    cd /etc/init.d/iptables

    upon reviewing the iptables file i do see a line concerning ipv6 here:
    PV=${IPTABLES%tables} # ip for ipv4 | ip6 for ipv6

    do i need to do anything to this line since i do not have an ip6tables file?

    i should also add i have rebooted the system and the error message is gone in the csf firewall.

    thank you very much
