check who is sending spam on my server

Hi can anyone advise please had a customer today say they had problems with emails,

when i check it the server I.P as poor reputation on Barracuda Central Block List i have requested it unblocked which they have but need to know how i can check who is sending spam on my server.

Also is there a way i can have an I.P just for mail that i can change now and then if this happens.

You can search our forum here for terms such as "source of spam" and you will find dozens of posts where users explain various methods of determining where the SPAM is originating from.

Hi thanks for the replies, i think i have found the problem to be some customers who don't keep there scripts updated.

I have now added an I.P for outgoing mail works great and was so easy to do.
