Checking Cpanel Time Setting

Hi, I have a php codes that create a time stamp. They are in my theme's function.php. They work perfectly in test runs on my normal hosting company. However when I run the script on my clients website, they timestamps (date and time) is off by several hours and doesn't update or updates after an hour or so. Is there a place in my cpanel I can check my server time settings?
