Checking Domains That Have Remote MX Records

Is there a way I can see which domains on the server are not using the server for email and using a remote mailserver instead?

Basically I need to check to see which domains are using a remote MX Record.

Is there some sort of scan or script I can use to do this?

I know within WHMCS there is this but this just checks the nameservers:

Domain Resolver Checker
This utility allows you to check the IP address each domain in your WHMCS system is pointing to. This allows you to easily see which domains are no longer pointing at your servers and therefore identify clients that may no longer be using your service in order to free up resources.

Is there something in WHM that can check the MX Record for all domains and list them?

I found this tool on MXToolbox's website that was helpful Bulk Lookup Tool - Bulk IP and Domain Lookup Tool - MxToolBox

I used this command to first get a list of all domains on my server:

# more /etc/localdomains

I used this tool when migrating to new server, it's really useful! Shows a lot of information other than MX records.
