    Hi all,

I read somewhere to check open ports with 'nmap -sT -O localhost' .. but it seems the list of open ports that it gives me is still different with the ports I configured in APF.

    Is this normal?
Can you test your own ports succesfully from your own server?

    Regards

    Go on, have a guess
This will depend on whether in APF (which I believe you're using) you have configured egress as well as ingress port filtering. If you have, then you'll get anomolous results because rarly do the egress ports = the ingress ports. If you haven't enabled egress port filtering, ignore my post ;)
