Hi guys, I keep requesting a resend of a flight itinery from an airline company and they just never show up in my email account (Cpanel webmail or Outlook). How do I check what is being identified as Spam mail and being sent to the Spam folder. I cannot seem to find a way to view what is in the folder, only see a Clear button. Newby here, so please bear with me if my syntax is incorrect. Thanks for any help.

    Hello,

The Track Delivery option within cPanel is useful if you'd like to track the delivery of a specific message:

Track Delivery - Documentation - cPanel Documentation

Could you verify if the message was actually delivered? Note that you may also want to reach out to your web hosting provider, as they can simply view /var/log/exim_mainlog to determine exactly what happened to the message.

    Thank you.
