We have a client on a CPanel server that has moved their account from an Alabanza server. The client is using Infopop UBB, and is having trouble with the Chinese characters displaying correctly. On the Alabanza server, he claims that the server read the characters correctly, but on the CPanel server it does not. I have checked the CPanel server and it is showing numbers (i.e &#27492). Is there something that needs to be set on the server?
