chkservd status: hang

I am recently getting these emails from my VPS, can some one please tell me whats wrong or how to correct it?

Code: 
The chkservd sub-process with pid 26517 was running for 3453 seconds.  The sub-process was terminated as it exceeded the time between checks of 300 seconds.  Please check /var/log/chkservd.log and /usr/local/cpanel/logs/tailwatchd_log to discover the cause.

These can easily happen when update_sa_rules has to run to restart spamd, because it can take longer than the typical number of seconds for that sub-process to run. We have case 57323, which allows chkservd to hang one cycle prior to issuing these messages. What cPanel version are you using on the machine?

cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
This should be resolved in 11.32.1.0 or higher unless you have the processes running even longer than one extra cycle.
