chmod: cannot access `~cpanel/base/cgiwrap

Hi, i have problem when tried to install cpanel. and i have already licensed. when installed cpanel there was an error :

Stopping portmap: [FAILED]^M
error reading information on service lpd: No such file or directory
Stopping atd: [FAILED]^M
Shutting down console mouse services: [FAILED]^M
error reading information on service innd: No such file or directory
error reading information on service smb: No such file or directory
error reading information on service xfs: No such file or directory
Shutting down NIS services: [FAILED]^M
chown: cannot access `~cpanel/base/cgiwrap*': No such file or directory
chmod: cannot access `~cpanel/base/cgiwrap*': No such file or directory

and after that it reboot. i tried to reinstall again and the problem is same. thank you.

Go on, have a guess
You best bet would be to contact cPanel directly since this is a new installation. Nore that cPanel will also do the installation for free if you want.

i already have lisenced and i check from verify.cpanel.net. it's active. thank you.
