Choose log programs feature, how to enable?

Hi,

The 'Choose Log Programs' feature in feature manager doesn't seem to work for me. When enabled in feature manager, it does show the icon in cPanel, but I can't disable/enable the programs. For each log program it only shows padlocks (x3 theme). On top of the page, there's a message: '<padlock image> = Stats program is locked out by administrator.'. In feature manager I also have 'Statistics Program Manager' enabled.

Do I still have to enable something else?

Feature manager controls the display of the icons in the cPanel interface.

As for handing the functionality of the stats programs, go to WHM -> Server Configuration -> Tweak Settings and under "Stats Programs" ensure the programs you want to have used are selected, and those you don't want to have used are not selected. Then click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

Wait about 24 hours for the statistics to be generated and thus viewable via the cPanel interface.

Thank you for the reply David, but I already had all 3 programs enabled in WHM a long time ago.

I have a customer who only wants AWstats to be enabled, to save on disk space. Is that possible for this customer only? I thought the 'Choose log programs' feature would do this.

In the Statistics Software Configuration interface in WHM, have you granted access to the user to actually modify the stats programs? Enabling the feature in the Feature List does not perform that step.
