chroot shell access

    hello,

    anyone tried use chroot to restrict shell access?!

    is there a how-to for cpanel server implementing chroot?!

    here is one i searched.. from google... http://tjw.org/chroot-login-HOWTO/

    i don't know if it's gonna work on cpanel server.

    any comments appreciated.

    I would LOVE to have chroot shells to users...

    it's the only way I could give shell to anyone :)

    one think I dont know about this is ...
    could you control bandwidth of a shell user ?
    like.... what if one user get into shell...
    and start ftp'ing and/or wget'ing ... in & out ...
    will this bandwidth be counted in any way ?
