hello

i have install clamav scanner

but when i try to scan emails or files on cpanel it is say loading and stopped


i try to restart clamd and it say ok there are no errors while restart are there any way to fix this ??

I am also having problems when I run the virus scan I can scan the /home directory /ftp but I cannot scan the emails, it seems to hang I get

Scanning:
... connected to clamd service ...

If I hit refresh I get a window that says

Virus Scan Already In Progress! Please wait till it completes and then reload this page.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Sorry to bring up this old thread but I am experiencing the same issue, anyone got a solution to this?
