ClamAV Connector not updating properly

    Overnight's Clam AV report says it needs updating, so like a good little doo-bee I did just what I have done several times before.. under Add-in Modules, unchecked ClamA Connector to uninstall and then checked it off to reinstall...

    The only problem is it's hanging up bad

    on & on for about 8 minutes till I stopped it..

    everything seems to be running ok but obviously I am not being clam scanned.. and I am getting zillions of clamd failed emails now from the server..

    can anyone help me here?? thanks

    If it keeps happening, you'll need to log a ticket with cPanel through your license provider.

    Thanks, I let it go till this AM and tried again, it worked fine this morning.. thanks for the reply

    That was a year ago.. but apparently I waited several hours and just tried it again and it worked fine
