ClamAV not detect any virus from cpanel interface

    I have found some of viruses during scanning my server from shell using clamscan command, but nothing found when I scan from within cpanel interface.
    I'm using the clamavconnector module in WHM with the default cpanel config/installation.
    What wrong with my installation?

    any script to automate the scanning on home partition

    hi,
    can you share how to scan user directories from SSH, i am just fed to go from one cpanel to another to scann those infected files.

    Is there a way to run a scripts which can go through all accounts on /home partition and remove any damn infections founds, after all one cannot allow his users to keep the infected files.

    will scan your entire server if you run it from /
