I don't clear as new backup work. I set "Backup Type" with "Compressed", backup monthly and backup daily with 3 days retain. The problem is that backup monthly contain all files of homedir but daily backup (last 3 days) the homedire is partial or almost empty, this is correct?

To clarify, the issue you are experiencing is in relation to an incomplete backup generation? If so, please review the backup logs in:

/usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/

Review the logs for the date of generation where an incomplete backup generation occurred. Do you notice any specific errors related to the account?

Thank you.

I don't see any error messages with that backup generation. Do you notice missing files or directories when you manually extract that backup archive?

Thank you.

is strange that homesize is 337723392 Byte and tar file result is only 3593949
It's normal see compression of the archive. Were you able to extract it to determine if it extracts to the correct size or if files were missing?

Thank you.

Feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can help investigate why your backups are not generating successfully. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

Thank you.

To update, it was determined that a third-party application (LFD) was killing the pkgacct process, resulting in incomplete backup generations.

Thank you.
