clean mail from default catcah all account

A user setup his default catch all account in cpanel using the main username.

Now that account had over 2500,000 mails most of them are spam.

Is there a way to remove all the mail from the server in a single go since horde is not allowing access to mail box even.

The servers using maildir.

just remove it from his mail folder:

cd /home/username/mail/userdomain/cur (or /home/username/mail/userdomain/new)
and then do
rm -f ./*

You can also use below command instead of rm -rf *

cat /dev/null > file_name

Or to empty the file but not delete it !!
#echo -n > file_name
