Is anyone using Cleanpanel and their customers unable to log into cPanel because Cleanpanel is down?

Getting this error: Invalid license key: MD5 Checksum Verification Failed

Well for anyone else having this issue, you can change all themes back to x3 until their license server comes back up via SSH.

replace RS=CleanPanel RS=x3 -- /var/cpanel/users/*

The easiest way might actually be to modify the cPanel package theme from WHM>>Packages »Edit a Package.
If there are 1000 users, then editing the package could be an easy wayout.

Hello :)

It's also a good idea to consult directly with their support team to ensure they are aware of the issue. As mentioned in the previous post, updating the package to the X3 theme will ensure all accounts assigned that package are assigned the new theme.

Thank you.

There is no way to contact their support, everything is offline and there domain has domain privacy so unable to contact them. I've contacted the data center where they are but have not heard back within over 8 hours..

We have close to 20 packages and several servers so the 'replace' seemed much quicker as tickets were piling up.

I suggest you to delete the template, and all users will be forced to use the X3 template.

I find unacceptable tht if they are down, we cannot use cPanel fine, because we paid for the template.

Very disgusting situation :(
