Clearing Apache Cache

    Can anybody tell me that how to clear the cache on apache?

    In a normal configuration, apache doesn't cache anything. If you're not seeing pages updated it's most likely a transparent (or otherwise) proxy at the users ISP. Unless you're referring to SSL issues (where certs are cached) in which case a restart of apache reloads those.
