What are you talking about, cookie authentication for cpanel? you should consider not using this and stick with password authentication instead.

If that is not what you mean, then this is not a cpanel issue. Google would be a better choice.

I was told this by someone on a different forum but they went offline...

Looks like your PHP session is is currupt. Try clearing your cookies for your site.

This makes no sense. Why not tell us your trouble and perhaps someone would provide a proper solution.

If the person you got advice from is the only one with trouble, I would suggest ignoring it.

Looks like your PHP session is is currupt. Try clearing your cookies for your site.

Maybe you can clear your browser cookies and restart your computer and then trying to browse the site again :D

Also if that mean about clearing session on server, go to your /tmp and clear file with sess_* name.
