Cleint email issues, please help

Here's the problem.

Client A is on server 1. Client B is on server 2.

Client B is having problems sending and receiving email to
Client A. And vise/verse. Any help is appreciated.

The error received is [email protected] does not exist on this server, BUT the user indeed does exit.

Any help is much appreciated.
