Client doesn't get email

    I have a client who doesn't get his email; I checked the DNS zones and fixed them, but they do not work. For some reason they were changed, and he didn't do it.

    My question is what to do next. Everything looks fine. Thank you.

    try sending a mail to your client and at the same time watch your logs...

    it would be better to use webmail to check for any server config error's.. if it is working in the server(locally) then try sending an email to your client from a remote place.. always watch for your logs

    tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog the main key to fix email errors
