"Client Hold" at PIR (.org registry)

    This sucks. One of my clients' domains has been set to "client hold" for untold reasons. Neither I nor the client requested this, but somehow the status was changed without notifying either of us, and now the domain does not work.

    Has anybody had experience with this? What can I do? I have contacted my registrar, but I have not received a response back yet.

    It appears that my registrar made a mistake, although I couldn't tell much from the clueless level one tech.
