A client creates a sub-domain for his site, but the sub-domain never appears via browser at http://x.domain.com.

Our server has two IPs, one for main nameserver and for the other for the second nameserver. At the moment, the client and our main site are directed to the main IP.

We are using the most recent versions of WHM and Cpanel.

Sub-domains created by main site work fine.

    Any help?

Have you checked that the zone files for the (sub)domain in /var/namedb/ are correct and that the vhost entries in /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf are correct?

What domain/subdmain is this? Might help to check the DNS records for them.
