One of my clients is unable to access cPanel from his office location, but he can access it from home.
At work, he had tried accessing it several times with an incorrect password, receiving the "Brute Force Protection" error several times. He suspects that this has caused cPanel to block his IP.
If this is true, I had no idea that cPanel would automatically do that. How do I remove the block?
FWIW, I looked under "IP Deny Manager" in his cPanel account, but nothing is listed.
TIA,
Jason
