One of my clients is unable to access cPanel from his office location, but he can access it from home.

At work, he had tried accessing it several times with an incorrect password, receiving the "Brute Force Protection" error several times. He suspects that this has caused cPanel to block his IP.

If this is true, I had no idea that cPanel would automatically do that. How do I remove the block?

FWIW, I looked under "IP Deny Manager" in his cPanel account, but nothing is listed.

    TIA,

    Jason

The IP deny Manager is for blocking IP's manually. Nothing is automagically added there. Instead check WHM > Security Center > cPHulk Brute Force Protection. Scroll to bottom of page for blocked lists. (And a flush button)

If installed any third party firewall

In case, if you have installed any third party firewall like CSF (ConfigServer) on server then it may block the IP address automatically.
