    Hi all..

I have a client, when he tries to use frontpage to upload his site he gets a message saying

"the allow override option" to something other than "none".

But he can use an FTP program without any problems, we have tried removing his frontpage extensions and re-adding them, but no joy...

Is there something else i should be looking at???

    Go on, have a guess
When I've had such problems, I've tried the remove/add FP exts. If that doesn't work, as with you, I often find this can fix it:

    /scripts/enablefileprotect

As that will set directory and some FP file permissions correctly. If that fails, I shurg my shoulders and tell them that FP exts are pretty crappy on Linux because they're closed source and you have to rely on Microsoft to support them.
