You can add a link, but I doubt automatically. Because you would need to pass the password through the link in which case it would need to be stored somewhere, which I wouldn't recommend.
I agree with Gnomey I dont think theres any way to make it automatic, especially if the ClientExec login is different from cPanel.
You could embed a login form into cPanel using the News feature, but I doubt it would look too good.
