Clients missing email folder after Cpanel transfer?

Hello,

I just did a 1:1 Cpanel account transfer from my old dedicated server to a newer one. Everything seems to be working, but one of my clients claims she logged into her email account and several of the saved folder in with her inbox are not there. How do I go about checking on this?

Hello,

If you access a webmail application such as Roundcube, you should be able to go to "Settings > Folders" and subscribe/unsubscribe to the additional folders.
