Clients not receiving emails to some created email accounts

    I am totally confused with this one. I use WHM and cpanel for my clients.

    Some of my clients go to create email accounts in their cpanel and the trouble that they are having is that some of the email accounts are not receiving mail in webmail. Furthermore, some of the email accounts are not receiving mail that at one time did.

    This is not the case for every email account that I allow my clients to create.

    Where would I begin to look to troubleshoot this issue?

    Furthermore, these email accounts are able to send mail successfully.

    I'm having a similar problem with my wife's email. She has a website set up through WordPress WebHost and is using RoundCube as her email client. She can send emails from the email client, but can't view any of her incoming email in the client. She has her Blackberry set up to receive the emails from that email address and she can get them on that, but they dont show up on the email client. How can I fix this so her emails show up on both the email client and her Blackberry?

    Is the account on the blackberry setup as an IMAP account or POP3? POP3 of course will download all mail, IMAP leaves on server for syncing to other clients.

    This is all server mail, it is not showing in horde, squirrel for the emails that are delivered to the accounts not working. It is not the case for all email accounts. This is set up as courier to run both as POP3 and IMAP for the mail server.
