"Cloak" adding new nameserver hosts

Well heres the question:

I have

ns1.DOMAIN.com
ns2.DOMAIN.com


But, i would like to add (park?) so that i can use more name-server domains:

i.ex

ns1.DOMAIN2.com
ns2.DOMAIN2.com


Is this possible? (And if yes, is it possible from a reseller account holders perspective? (WHM+cPanel access)
