    I have 1 cpanel license.
I am having troubles with my current dedicated server provider.
I want to go to a new company.

I spent literally weeks setting up and configuring this server.
I don't have the time to do all that all over again.
I want to simply clone the entire server and all settings in just one evening as easily as possible.
So that way, I can have everything EXACTLY 100% as it is now with no downtime, just then I would be on a new server.

    Please help.

option 1. If you have IPMI or Kvm access on both machines and the drive configurations are the same (same size & partitions)
you can DD the blocks over but you would have downtime while your copying the drives.

option 2. If you have the same size drives you can use r1soft to make a backup and do a bare metal restore down time a reboot

option 3. there are a few how too's to copy a live server using rsync floating around the web there will be some bugs to iron out especially if your exclude list is not quite right.

I have personally used all three methods options 1 & 2 are the best
