I went to WHM & Themes & clone a cpanel theme and cloned &bluelagoon& as &rob&.

now i try to access it with the browser as
    http://racist-jokes.com:2082/frontend/rob/index.html

    and get the message:
The server was not able to find the document (./frontend/rob/index.html)

    even though it's in /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/rob/index.html

    anyone got a clue?

Did you try accessing it as http://racist-jokes.com/cpanel/ and letting it &find& the theme? That's how I access all my control panels and any time I change the theme, the new one is what I get.

Right, you should first change the account's theme to the new theme.
