Im tired of the autossl errors on cpanel , it simply not working with cloudflare.
I set full strict ssl on cloudflare and the site works then after some hours it goes down with SSL error.

the most errors are starting with:
DNS DCV: No local authority:....
on autossl
I try to validate a certificate on ssl options from cpanel but no luck for domain. But subdomain works.

Hey there! Are you referring to DCV errors as outlined here?

If so, can you try disabling the "Always Use HTTPS" option on the Cloudflare side to see if that gets the certificate issued?

no thats not helping.

and the cpanel cant validate the cloudflare's free ssl too.

I think cpanel should fix their conflict with cloudflare as soon as possible.
This is a serious problem.
When the cpanel's certificates are expire the problems arise and we cant even get a new certificate from cpanel and also cannot from cloudflare.

I've set up sites with AutoSSL + CloudFlare before and they work without any issues, the problem you're having is probably related to your host's settings or CloudFlare's settings.
