Cloudflare issue with domain resolving

    Have you verified the issue with the default cPanel page loading persists upon clearing the browser and DNS cache on your machine?

    No that makes no difference. It keeps forwarding to ../cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

    Can you confirm the IP address the domain name resolves to is the same IP address associated with the account in cPanel/WHM?

    No it is pointing to an ip in the usa but can this be because of cloudflare

    Yes, it should resolve to the CloudFlare IP address. However, within your CloudFlare interface, does the IP address match what's associated with the cPanel account?

    Well its not my cloudflare, have to take his word that it is?

    You could request a screenshot of the settings in the CloudFlare administrative interface from the end-user to verify it uses the correct IP address.
