CloudLinux LVE Manager and LiteSpeed Every Day Error.

Dear Sir , I am facing too much issues in CloudLinux and LiteSpeed.
I install CloudLinux and it's working fine but next day it's LVE Manager shows something wrong interface it shows a row of accounts ( screenshot attached ).

I Installed LiteSpeed and it works fine but next day in every WordPress site when I open a post , page then it shows a 404 error while the post or page is exists.

I Contacted CloudLinux yesterday they solved it but today it again errors both CloudLinux and LiteSpeed.

Screenshots are attached , if anyone know that it's a Cron job issue or it's a Kernal or CloudLinux or LiteSpeed issue then please give solution.

I reopened a ticket.
Today it shows error again.
Yesterday CloudLinux team reinstalled lve manager it works fine and today 2:00 AM IST it was working fine and I sleeps at 2:00 AM IST.
at 6:00 AM IST I woke up and check and I see that CloudLinux LVE Manager gives same error .
First of all I tell you that some time ago Kernal and OS got corrupted , 5 kernal in 6 got corrupted , but server administrator solved it temporarily.
Anyhow , sir please solve it as soon as possible .

it can be possible that issue is in LVE Manager ?
and when upcp runs then LVE Manager got uninstalled due to some issues ?
can it be a Kernal issue ?

Currently working fine , but if it occurs again I will raise a ticket.
