Hello
I am using CentOs 6.x 64 bit with EasyApache 4 and Apache 2.4
So, I have tried to install CloudFlare plugin to my EasyApache and now I cant restart/start Apache.
It gives me error that CloudFlare is causing the problems.
So my question is:
How can I remove this from my Apache to properly start Apache Http server?

You should run /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/ssl_crt_status as part of your troubleshooting process. Pass it --help for more details. Also be sure to examine apache's various log files.
