cluster problem

I setup a cluster (via whm) on two servers.

    Setup:

    Primary Server (assigned ns1/ns2)
    Synchronize changes

    Secondary server (slave)
    Standalone
(ns1/ns2 inputted ONLY in edit setup via whm, no A entry for ns1/ns2 nor hostname entry)

    Problem:

This popup regarding missing A entry on the SLAVE (standalone) server keeps coming up no matter what I try

"The server was unable to lookup an an A entry for its hostname (server.domain.com). This is generally because the entry was never added. However this could also be the result of your nameserver(s) being down. If you would like to attempt to automaticlly add the entry"

    And the email the same:

    ######################################
IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
The hostname (server.domain.com) resolves to . It should resolve to xxx.212.66.250. Please be sure to correct /etc/hosts as well as the 'A' entry in zone file for the domain.

Some are all of these problems can be caused by
/etc/resolv.conf being setup incorrectly. Please check this file if you
    believe everything else is correct.

    You may be able to
automaticly correct this problem by using the ' Add an A entry for your
hostname ' under ' Dns Functions ' in your Web Host Manager
    ######################################

/etc/resolv.conf is setup properly on both servers.

The /etc/hosts file on the SLAVE server is setup correctly:

    Code:
    # Do not remove the following line, or various programs
    # that require network functionality will fail.
    127.0.0.1 localhost
    xxx.212.66.250 server.domain.com server

    DNS zones on SLAVE server:

Four, 3 are accounts and 1 for server.domain.com

    Second Problem:

I also just copied an account somedomain.com from the 1st server to the new SLAVE server and it does not show up as a after deleting somedomain.com from the first server.

    Go on, have a guess
That's the wrong way to configure DNS. You should only have one zone for the main domain on its authoratitive name server, and A records for any subdomains within that zone and delete any subdomain zones that you've created.
