In my cluster there are 5 servers, one of them shows red and this

HTTP/1.0 401 Access Denied Still Working
    Requires version 8.9 or later

On that server's cluster config area it is green strangely.

What would be the fix? Httpd is up on that particular server, firewall (CSF) is not blocking it either.

delete that server from the cluster, if you do not sync to it, leave it off, if you do, re-add it and paste in the remote access key again, which is probably what happened, someone regenerated that remote access key and overlooked updating it in your dns cluster
