clustering makes server overload

i have 4 servers that connected using dns clustering, but i have an issue with 1 of my new server, everytime i create an account, the server load goes up to 30+ and sometimes make the server totally cant be accessed anymore.
it never happen to my other 3 servers, anyone here knows the solution ? please do share with me, i really apreciate it.
