Code to create an user account in cPanel

Does anyone know where can i find source code to create an user account in cPanel with a external script?My preference is code in Perl but may be in PHP or anything...

Note: i have a reseller account, i'm not the admin

i am also looking for some PHP code that will automate creating user accounts for my reseller account. Is such a thing possible? What I am going to try to build is a signup form that will automaticly create an account after is payment accepted, and then send a welcome email. In order to do this though I would need to see some example php code for creating an account.
