Found myself frequently switching between these two main menu items.

Realised they are so interrelated they should be together in their own section, especially as both sections only have 3 or 4 items in them, not like they'd be too crowded (which I presume was the reason for a decision to split "Account Information" and "Account Fucntions" . . . though I'd suggest the multi account functions COULD go in the "Account Functions" section)

All of this means less scrolling up and down the left hand menu pane . . which can only be a good thing

anyone out there listening ?

:)

I definitely see your where your coming from but they do indeed have fairly different uses between the two. Account Information is all information related functions whereas the Account Functions is used for managing various aspects of individual accounts. Having them separate makes finding what you need fairly simple.

I know personally, after working with cPanel and WHM for so many years, I just about remembered exactly where each feature is as im sure many others do as well :P

P.S. Congratz on being on the forums for almost an entire decade! If only you were more active!

Fair enough point about Account Information and Account Functions - what about System health and Server Status though ? Surely similar functions (getting process lists etc)

Yes, I joined as a total newbie to Cpanel/WHM, just about got to grips with my first dedi box with WHM and the company I worked for switched . . to (da Da Da!) the dreaded Plesk . . have run cpanel on shared hosting accounts as well during those years, but not been near WHM until I got my own VPS a couple of months back . . and now I'm back in it . . WHM is superior to Plesk, IMHO, but it does require a bit more from the users, Plesk takes the view it only shows you what you need, WHM is more complete, but gives you more to worry about too . . . !!!!
