    Hello,

I want to know how can I use password with my command. For example:

    scp test.tar.gz - root@ip.add.re.s:/home
If I can send this command, server will want password.

But I want to use this command with password. So, I want to that. Command include my password. How can I make it? What is the new command.

    Thanks..

    Best wishes..

there is no option for that and you have to use ssh keys to login between your servers passwordless.
Writing passwords in scripts is not good idea.
