    domain=domain.com&cert=-----BEGIN%20CERTIFICATE----- ... -----END%20CERTIFICATE-----

    Hello,

    Were there any browser or firewall settings configured on the computer this happened on that could have lead to a connection issue between the computer and the cPanel server's IP address?

    Thank you.
