    Hello,

is there a solution to make a daily backup of every account to an exernal ftp server.

Like mysqldumper. The whole account or the htdocs i need. With the cpanel build-in backup functionaly i dont have a backup history, only the last day.

    Best regards,
    fibre72

    Hello,
    thank you for the link.

But i search a solution which only save the daily status of my htdocs to an external ftp host.

I need the htdocs status for the last 30 days.

    Best regards

If you don't mind me asking, why the concern to save htdocs directory? Accounts are not created there, no important system files are there either.

I think that if you check the "Backup Interval" option set to "Daily" will get what you want. You will get daily, monthly and weekly backups in your ftp backup server.

When you refer to htdocs do you actually mean /home/username/public_html folder? Further, do you mean you want a daily backup in individual different folders for each day? Our daily backup overwrites the last one. If you need a solution where you have a daily folder made each day that differs from the day before, you'll have to copy (either manually or via a cron script) the backup each day to another folder that is dated for the day in question on the remote FTP server.
